Namami Gange, an ambitious project, launched with fanfare, has lost its direction in Bihar. More that 7500 Crores of Rupess hass already been spent in Bihar on this scheme but it is far from completion. The corruption, lack of proper monitoring, apathy of concerned top officials have made this scheme a fiasco. The roads have been dug without proper plannning and coordination and piples were laid for creating network for sewer have failed to yeild desired results. In stead, this destroyed many good conditioned roads resulting into great difficulties for commuters.
