Bareilly’s Shubhangi Swaroop becomes the first female pilot in Indian Navy

Indian Navy has created an history by employing the first woman pilot Lt Shubhangi Swaroop. Shakthimaya S., Roopa A. & Aastha Sehgal have become The 1st 3 Women Officers To Join The Naval Armaments Inspectorate (NAI). They were inducted in the force yesterday in the academy in Kannur. Shubhangi Swaroop who is one of the 328 cadets who passed out yesterday, is a native of Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh.

“I know, this is not just an exciting opportunity but a great responsibility also,” Subhangi reacted.
